Smile for a Lifetime Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides quality orthodontic care to individuals who may not have the opportunity to achieve a beautiful, straight smile without financial assistance.

Smile for a Lifetime offers all orthodontic services provided FREE of charge.

Children's Choice Dental Care provides oral health care for infants and children through adolescence, including those with special health needs. Accepts Medi-Cal and other insurances. Placer County locations in Lincoln and Roseville. Both provide pediatric dental care. The Roseville location also provides orthodontic care.
