The Code Enforcement officer responds to complaints, investigates violations and obtains compliance of the Loomis Municipal Code, ensuring conditions which pose a negative impact on a neighborhood are adequately addressed to improve the quality of life and environment for those who live and work in the Town.

The Code Enforcement Program inspects and investigates complaints from citizens of the City of Rocklin. Upon receipt of a complaint, a Code Enforcement Officer will conduct a site visit to investigate the reported violation. After confirmation of the violation, the Code Enforcement Officer will take necessary steps to gain compliance with City Codes.

The Communicable Disease Program works to stop transmission and minimize complications associated with communicable infections and diseases.

Placer County Public Health Department (PCPHD) partners with medical care providers in the community, and the California Department of Public Health, to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases. Sierra Doctors Medical Group offering 15 minute result Rapid COVID-19 tests by appointment and walk-ins. If COVID-19 test is to be sent to a lab (not a Rapid COVID-19 test), results will take 2-4 days.

Insurance:
Call or visit online to see if your insurance is accepted and may help to cover the cost. All patients need to see a provider at Sierra Doctors Medical Group first for COVID-19 tests to be covered by insurance (if your insurance is accepted). There may be a co-pay at the time of the visit.

Cost:
Rapid COVID-19 tests may cost $125. COVID-19 tests, if sent to a lab, will result in a cost sent to the patient from the lab.
